Its SATURDAY and I'm at work...
I decided to make my career in computers, as I was a computer geek from the school days. I never thought, that being a computer programmer will be such a sucking job. It was three months, after I started working as a programmer, I realized, how bad the job was?. The whole enthusiasm was lost.
Working in a software firm, and that to in India is like donkey dragging loads on his back. Theres no acutal development as such, projects are not inovative and you do, what your project lead tells you, even though its crap. I have seen good talents wasted in Indian companies just because of their upper management. I can't be talking about any specific company over here but I feel all are the same.
Many of the people are in here for high bucks, and not passion. And getting overseas for on-site development is their main motive, as they get to travel for free.
I dont feel, I got into this industry for such reasons, I never had plans for flying overseas. I never dreamt for big bucks. My passion brought me in, and now I feel I'm in a wrong place and definitly with wrong people.
Well thats the story till now... lets see whats next.
Things change, good things are anticipated.
